    Wanted to say what a truly exceptional job Russ did on my parents new bathroom. They wanted a simple bathroom which was more accessible that their old one which they had over 40 years ago. The new shower, sink and toilet are great and the walkin shower is an excellent addition. All the work was co ordinated whilst they were on holiday meaning it was done in just 4 days. Russ came back to fit some extra bits they wanted and they are thrilled with it. Great to know that the bathroom is safe and accessible. Great company, would absolutely recommend.

    I had a boiler service carried out and a new Hive heating system installed, and I couldn't be happier with the work. Alex was punctual, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything in simple terms, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving. One of my radiators was not heating up and Alex sorted that out while he was servicing the boiler. 10/10 service. The Hive system was installed neatly and works flawlessly. Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommended.

    Our shower stopped working, and Russell came out almost immediately to fix it. Whilst here he also sorted a dripping tap that had been annoying us for ages, and came back the next day to do the same for a dodgy toilet cistern. He even sorted out a guttering issue. He always looks to repair, rather than replace, if that is better value for the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
